Private sessions are where the magic happens— tailored completely to your body, your goals, and that pain in your low back, knee or shoulder that doesn't seem to go away. 

Whether you’re new, recovering, or just want to move without the crowd, one-on-one work lets us get specific — faster results, less guesswork, happy joints, more focus.

 
You’ll get intelligent programming, progress you can see and feel, lots of encouragement and occasional jokes about glutes. You may even look better in exercise tights.

Sessions available in-studio or via Zoom (because a stiff low back doesn't care where you are).
