How do you know if you have gluteal amnesia?
Does this body look like it has "gluteal amnesia?" Nah...

One major clue: You sit all the time, aka “chair ass.”


Other signs you might have gluteal amnesia:


  • Your abs are weak.


  • Your hip flexors are always tight.


  • Your hamstrings and/or shins frequently cramp during a workout.


  • Your glutes feel like a bowl of oatmeal. And I’m not talking about the bowl part.


  • Your low back is frequently sore and you’re not sure why.


It’s time to turn that oatmeal into steel cut oats, people!
