A reformer-based interval class that blends the bone-building power of plyometric jumpboard sequences with the muscle-toning benefits of strength training on the reformer. Jumping happens in short, strategic bursts — designed to boost cardio and mitochondrial health, improve dynamic stability, and support bone density without exhausting you. Between jump sets, we slow things down to focus on mindful, resistance-based sculpting work using springs and other proprs. Expect an energizing, well-rounded session that’s as good for your bones as it is for your muscles. Perfect for those who want a little bounce without the burnout.

Cancellation Policy
• Speakeasy classes tend to fill up. To keep things running smoothly, we ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. This way, we have time to try to fill the slot. You can cancel yourself through the app or text your instructor directly — we totally get that life happens. • Late cancelations and no-shows will be charged the full amount. It’s not personal — just how we keep it fair for everyone. • Group classes runs 50 minutes. Private sessions last an hour. They both start and end on time. We’re big on respecting your time — and ours. • If you arrive late, we’ll still need to finish at the scheduled time. Thank you for understanding!
