Cancellation Policy

• Because classes frequently fill and waitlists are common, please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a reserved class so we have time to offer the spot to another client. You may cancel through the app or text your instructor directly. • Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount of the missed session. • Memberships include one late-cancel courtesy per month. To use this courtesy, please notify your instructor prior to the start of class. Unused late cancels do not roll over. • Group classes run 50 minutes. Private sessions last one hour. Both start and end on time — we’re big on respecting your time, and ours. • If you arrive late, sessions will still end at the scheduled time. Thank you for understanding.
