Service Description
The Tower is a tall vertical frame connected to one end of the Reformer to which springs, bars and loops set to various tension loads are attached. Emphasizes precision of movement, body awareness, flexibility, spinal mobility, strength and abdominal training using lower impact movements. Great for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. If a class is full, we recommend joining the waitlist. Spots often open up as schedules change.

Cancellation Policy
• Classes often fill and waitlists are common, so please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a reserved class. This gives us time to offer the spot to another client. You can cancel through the app or by texting your instructor directly. • Clients who join a waitlist will be notified if a spot opens. • Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount of the missed session. • Memberships include one late-cancel courtesy per month. To use this courtesy, please notify your instructor prior to the start of class. Unused late cancels do not roll over. • Socks, preferably grip socks, are required in the studio. • Group classes run 50 minutes. Private sessions last one hour. Both begin and end on time — we’re big on respecting your time, and ours. • Late arrivals still end at the scheduled time. Thank you for understanding.
