The Tower is a vertical frame connected to one end of the Reformer to which springs, bars and loops set to various tension loads are attached. Emphasizes precision of movement, body awareness, flexibility, spinal mobility, strength and abdominal training using low impact movements. It's highly recommended that new clients complete a minimum of 4-8 Fundamental Reformer or Tower Power classes before joining Intermediate Reformer sessions.
• A 12-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for the session. Please cancel online or text the instructor directly. • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. • Sessions are 50 minutes. Sessions begin and end promptly as scheduled. • Regardless of the client's arrival time, sessions end at the scheduled time.
